PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.

A safe, welcoming environment is paramount to all residents with or without pets/ animals. To help ensure all of our residents understand our pet and animal-related polices, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgements and more accurate records to create mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact us. Applicants with no pets and service or assistance animals will not pay any fees. Applicants with pets will pay a $30 processing fee directly through Pet Screening. All fees paid are non-refundable. All approved pets will require a non-refundable pet fee prior to move in and monthly "pet fee" due on the first of each month.
