All Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Previous Rental History
• Good Previous References / Good Standing with Previous Landlords
• Pass Background Check
• No Evictions Filed
• Provide Income Verification
• Meet Income Requirements for property applied for.

Documentation needed for Application:

• State Issued ID
• Social Security Card
• Pay Check Stub/ Award Letter
• $30.00 application fee
